The seemingly endless supply of fabulous sock yarn on the market today means you can make one of these stylish hats to coordinate with almost any outfit! This lightweight beret can be worn at a jaunty angle, and the swirling loops add more visual interest without making a fabric that is too airy to be warm.

Beginner level crochet: 12 " diameter top, stretchy band accomodates head sizes 19" - 23". Materials needed include 280 yards fingering/sock weight wool (Model is one skein of Colinette Jitterbug, color #48 Florentina). Crochet hook size F/5/3.75mm and a tapestry needle to weave in ends. $5.00 via instant download.
