About Hooked for Life LLC: Hooked for Life LLC was formed in early 2008 by author and designer Mary Beth Temple. She works in both knitting and crochet - her designs have been included in collections by yarn companies including Plymouth, Brown Sheep and SWTC; and her work has appeared in many magazines and books, including the just released Interweave Crochet Summer 2008 issue.

Hooked for Life patterns are professionally tech edited, and use a range of yarns available in independent yarn stores. Coming soon are several workshops for your store that incorporate Mary Beth's techniques.

Wholesale terms: Print patterns are available at a minimum of six copies per pattern. They are printed on 32 pound paper, and come to you in plastic sleeves - one sleeve per pattern. Pattern cost is 50% of retail price. There is a flat fee of $5.50 shipping and handling regardless of the size of your order.

Downloadable patterns at wholesale costs are in the works- email for rates.

First time orders are payable by check or via PayPal before they are shipped, returning customers can ask for credit terms.
